Human A&P is designed for the student with a strong interest in the field of medicine or health –related fields. This course provides a comprehensive study of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. A heavy emphasis is placed on anatomical terminology and clinical applications through various case studies, computer simulations, and multimedia presentation. Laboratory work includes dissection of preserved specimens, microscopic study and physiological experimentation.
